Initial consultation in your home is
complimentary to determine how I can best meet your needs.
Since every job is unique, the fee structure
which best suits the scope of the job will be determined at this initial
meeting.
Services include:
- Onsite consultation to establish customer’s design direction
- Space Analysis for pre-construction and remodeling
- Color and material selections for new construction and remodels
- Conceptual drawings for interior architectural elements
- Tile and flooring designs
- Furniture, accessories, rugs and lighting selections
- Custom cabinetry, including kitchens and baths
- Custom window treatments and bedding
- Blinds and shutters
- Personal shopping
- Project Management
- Model Merchandising
- Staging homes for resale

Fees based on one or
more of the following:
- $1.00 to $2.00 per square foot based on scope of project
- Hourly rate of $125.00 with discount on 4 hour blocks of time
- 10 – 20 % of purchasing price
- Wholesale or designer net vs. retail differentials
